I learned to love Mexican cuisine living with my grandmother in Oaxaca. Since I was a child, she taught me all the recipes of my ancestors, how to choose the best ingredients and all their culinary secrets.

Growing up I had to go far away from her and dedicate myself to studying. Despite the passing of the years, I never stopped longing for the flavors of my grandmother's kitchen. Little by little the idea of following his legacy began to appear.

I began to dream of opening a place that served the recipes that I had inherited and of bringing love and flavor to many people around me. La Chingada is that dream come true and a tribute to my grandmother and my Mexican heritage.
